Orders
If you wish to place an order, commission a new piece or just make an enquiry, please email me via my contact page. I normally expect to get back to you within one working day with pricing, payment details etc.
Payment by credit/debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
For cheque payments, cheques should be in GBP and made payable to Tilly Wilkinson. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, my normal post and packing charge is £2.50 UK First Class, £3.00 Worldwide via Airmail. For higher value items (over £39) I recommend that you choose UK Special delivery at £5.50 or International signed for with insurance at £8.50.
